I’m going on a cruise and Carnival said there aren’t any. My brother and I have been on a couple and they were a blast but that was like 5 years ago… Does anybody know of any we can get on?

Your stop in GT has a Margaritaville right at the dock, so there’s no reason for a “booze cruise” – and you’re not in port that long, anyway. You really should go snorkeling there – it’s amazing!

Don’t think there is much of anywhere you could go on a booze cruise in SJ. That’s a good port for history [the forts], walking/shopping [Old SJ], or nature [rainforest]. I think there is probably an excursion to the rum factory [unless they've stopped doing those].

For info on your ports from people who have BTDT and are experienced cruisers, go to CruiseCritic.com, click on “Boards”, then go to “Ports of Call”. Hope you’ll find something more interesting than a booze cruise there.
